Nothing extra. The portal is included when EasyToll handles your customs clearance, with no set-up fee, licence or lock-in.
How do I get access to the portal?
Get in touch via the form, email or phone. We set your company up the same day and send a personal invitation to your email with a login link. You set your own password and can log in straight away.
What do I find in the portal?
All your cases with status, your customs declarations with their documents, the invoices from EasyToll and an assignment form for new shipments and questions. Under Tools you create proforma and commercial invoices, look up commodity codes and keep your article register.
Can my accountant or a colleague get their own login?
Yes. We add more users to your company, for example the finance department or your accountant, so they can download declarations and invoices themselves for the VAT return or at a tax audit.
How long are the declarations kept?
Under section 7-5 of the Norwegian Movement of Goods Act, import and export declarations must be kept with their supporting documents for five years, counted from the end of the year in which Norwegian Customs received the declaration. In the portal, yours stay available for as long as you are a customer with us, and you can download them whenever you like.
Does the portal work for trade with Sweden?
Yes. Shipments to and from Sweden are handled by EasyToll in Norway and our sister company EasyTull in Sweden, and you see both declarations in the same case.
Is my data safe?
The portal is linked to your company and your permissions, with personal logins and encryption. We handle your data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy (NO).
